  • Lead, Support, and Inspire!

    The PTO President plays a key role in fostering a strong school community by leading the Vinal School PTO board, coordinating meetings, and working closely with school staff to support students and teachers. This role involves overseeing the board to organize events, overseeing fundraising efforts, and ensuring effective communication between parents, teachers, and administration. It’s a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact —leading with enthusiasm, collaboration, and a commitment to enriching the Vinal School experience for all!

  • Keep Our PTO Running Smoothly!

    The Treasurer is responsible for managing the Vinal School PTO’s finances, ensuring that funds are tracked, budgets are maintained, and expenses are properly recorded. This role includes handling reimbursements, overseeing fundraising income, and providing financial updates to the board. If you’re organized and detail-oriented, this is a great way to support our school behind the scenes

  • Enrichment & Appreciation!

    The VP of School Programs plays a vital role in bringing learning to life at Vinal School! This position coordinates all in-school enrichment programs, working with teachers and outside organizations to provide engaging experiences for students. Additionally, the VP organizes teacher appreciation initiatives, ensuring our educators feel valued and supported throughout the year. If you love planning meaningful events and making a positive impact, this is a fantastic way to get involved!

  • Keep Our Community Connected!

    The VP of Communications ensures that Vinal School families stay informed and engaged by managing PTO communications. This role includes sending newsletters, updating social media, and coordinating outreach to keep parents in the loop about events, volunteer opportunities, and school news. If you enjoy writing, organizing information, and helping build a connected school community, this is a great way to contribute!

  • Bring the Fun to Vinal!

    The VP of Community Programs helps plan and organize fun events that bring Vinal families together! From stay and plays and parents night out, to community gatherings, this role is all about creating opportunities for connection and school spirit. If you love event planning and making memories for our school community, this is the perfect way to get involved!

  • Fuel Our School’s Success!

    The VP of Fundraising plays a key role in supporting Vinal School by organizing and managing fundraising initiatives. From planning events to coordinating donation drives, this position helps ensure we have the resources needed for enrichment programs, teacher appreciation, and community events. If you’re creative, organized, and passionate about making a difference, this is a great way to contribute to our school community!
